"Was a comfortable stay in a good area ,would recommend if your on a budget.
Easily communicating through whatsapp and details provided for gaining access.
Its a key in a code lock box at the door.
We had the studio room B13 and it was perfect for us.
Cleaner was out and kept the room fresh and she was very friendly.
The wifi was good quality and any queries answered through whatsapp as no one on desk! But the area was safe and people nice. It has a few local shops surrounding.
I recommend using uber to get about as it was very hot (in june) and also very cheap to use.
I recommend bucharest lovely city with plenty to do!"

"I was very happy with the hotel itself and the staff. As a solo senior traveler they were attentive to my needs. They help me arrange travel to bus station and helped me to the arranged meet up. As an oldster getting Into that beautiful tub shower was a challenge."

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is amazing. The staff were really helpful, Thank you so much Andrea for a warm welcome. Daniel was very helpful and really warm too with great sense of humour, we had 2 days to see best attractions nearby and he made sure we did this by explaining the Map and planning it.
Lots of breakfast varieties to choose from. The waiters were very kind, always ready to fill your water and get more coffees.
Cleaning ladies were lovely and helpful too, Service is excellent, I needed new pair of slipper because used the first for the health club and they got wet and they gave me another one for free.
The hotel is beautiful and has tasteful decor and the rooms are clean well maintained. Totally recommend staying in this hotel. Thank you so much for making our stay special , we definitely felt well looked after

CCeline ArgyropoulosThe stay was really great! the communication was smooth. The flat is clean and has everything one needs. I would ask the owner to consider adding a small trash bin in the bathroom, for women who need to dispose of certain things, without having to go back to the flat (my flat had a completely separate private bathroom, so I had to go through a small corridor to go back and forth, but this corridor is protected by a main door and gives access to only the flat and another one). The second suggestion would be to leave a roll of plastic bags, for the bin in the kitchen.
The location is a bit far from the center, so if you want to stay for a short period, I would advise another location (it takes around 30min to get to the center). The area is rather quiet, although Bucharest is known for the heavy traffic (and, apparently, many speed drivers and cars with tuned exhausters?).
The washing machine and the drying rack was a very nice bonus, they even leave some pods to do two loads. overall really great!

LLdesierra Inma Von ParkerI had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect—just a few hundred meters from the express bus route 100 from the airport, and right in front of a major metro interchange station. There’s also a bus stop conveniently located right in front of the hotel. Unirea Shopping Mall is within walking distance, and it’s situated in the heart of Old Town Bucharest, making it easy to explore the city on foot.
The area is vibrant, with plenty of bars and halal restaurants just behind the hotel, offering a great variety of dining options. The room was exceptionally spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, featuring a great view and even a coffee machine for added convenience.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations with its prime location, modern amenities, and accessibility. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!

ААннаРасположение - центр и из аэропорта удобно добираться на прямом автобусе. Номер просторный, но кровати занимают бОльшую часть, для нормального стола места уже нет. Зато есть мини-кухня с набором посуды и микроволновкой. Очень большой санузел, только без ванны. Несколько окон под потолком, может, и к лучшему, что довольно маленькие, потому что вечером шумно с улицы, особенно в выходные. Из минусов: на 4-й этаже невесело взбираться даже без сумок по этой винтовой лестнице (правда, скрашивали путь прикольные воззвания). Ресепшн - в соседнем отеле, сотрудник очень приятный и позитивный. В целом понравилось, уверенно рекомендую.

MMCUZZAOur stay at the Mercure Bucharest was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional service and warm hospitality. A special mention goes to the receptionist, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She provided us with amazing suggestions for places to visit in Romania, turning our holiday into an incredible experience. Her local knowledge and enthusiasm made all the difference, guiding us to hidden gems we might have otherwise missed.
The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that catered to all tastes. It was the perfect way to start our days of sightseeing.
The hotel's location is very convenient, with easy access to Bucharest's main attractions and public transport. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, Mercure Bucharest offers a welcoming and comfortable stay. YYeva_shineI picked the room because of big window, my husband is an artist and he likes to have a lot of sun in the room. We arrived late and check in was by code. So when we see the room with the wall and two very narrow windows. Definitely not like pictures showing. Next day when we spoke with reception they told me that they have only 1-2 rooms with big windows and it’s impossible for us to move there because they are busy.
I’d like to ask trip.com put pictures of other room as well and people will not be disappointed with their stay like we was

PPHILLIP JAMESThis apartment represents exceptional value in Bucharest. It is located about 10 to 15 mins walk from a metro station, but the nearby tram station is about 3 to 4 min walk from the hotel. With the tram you can get the historic old town in 15 mins. My apartment was on level 7 had excellent views of the large sections of the city. A full size fridge was provided. Bed was comfortable. The air-conditioned system worked very well. However, the TV was very small and all channels were local only. However, with an excellent internet connection (free) all my evening entertainment was via my laptop. There is an excellent and large supermarket just 1 min walk for the apartment - so very convenient for all essential items. On arriving at the apartment there was a locked door, but (with cameras) someone came out to assist. The young man directed to my apartment and gave keys and instructions. He first mentioned there was some problems with the gas, but I would not be using the stove, so not a concern. For the views, the size of the apartment, access to public transit and super close to supermarkets, I highly recommend this option for the price in Bucharest. N

NNoi ChaOur stay at the Continental Hotel in Bucharest was mostly pleasant and comfortable. The hotel itself is well-maintained, offering a great ambiance and excellent amenities. The food served at the restaurant was delicious, and the restaurant staff were warm, accommodating, and attentive to our needs.
However, our experience at check-in left something to be desired. The female front desk staff member we interacted with was not particularly helpful. When we asked if the tap water was safe to drink, her response was dismissive, stating she didn’t know and suggesting we purchase water from the hotel instead. Similarly, when we inquired about the possibility of an early breakfast due to our early departure for a day trip to Peles Castle, she was uncooperative and rigid, insisting breakfast was strictly served at 6:30 AM.
Thankfully, the restaurant staff went above and beyond. When we arrived at 6:15 AM, they graciously opened the doors early and welcomed us, allowing us to grab some food before we left. Their professionalism and kindness turned around what could have been a frustrating situation.

AAngela RacheleThis is a simple hotel that had the basic amenities but as that was all we needed we were quite happy with it. There are a couple place you can sit outside and enjoy the weather if you’d like. The only downside was they do not store luggage and the check out is early (10 am) so we had to get another day since our flight was later.
