Customer experience and hardware are all very good except the toilet water basin which is not positioned friendly and need to bent a lot forward to reach the water tap. The water tap also runs water very slowly and thin. Other than that, the service and room amenities are top-grade considering the price. Free well-stock minibar and robot coffee are something unexpectedly heartwarming.

I recently stayed at Coliwoo Orchard, and it was a decent experience overall. The location is a major plus, right in the center of Orchard Road, which makes shopping and dining very convenient. However, while the room was clean and modern, I found it a bit smaller than I expected for the price. The staff were friendly but occasionally seemed overwhelmed during busy times, leading to longer wait times for services. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you prioritize location, but there are areas for improvement in service and room comfort.

I recently stayed at Pan Pacific Singapore and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and every interaction with the team—from the front desk to housekeeping—was pleasant and thoughtful. One of the standout highlights was the breakfast. The spread was impressive, with a wide variety of local and international options. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I especially loved the live cooking stations and the quality of ingredients used. Whether you’re a fan of Asian cuisine or prefer a Western-style breakfast, there’s something to satisfy every palate. The hotel itself is elegant and well-maintained, with stunning views of the city skyline. I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience in Singapore!

We were greeted with warm smiles from the minute we arrived at Jen Singapore Tanglin and the front desk personnel were so kind and generously upgraded our hotel room to a higher floor with a city view. We appreciate such gestures. The room was clean and cosy, even though there was an odd scent in the corridor that didn't bother us. For added hygiene, the toilet seat includes a little bidet beside it. The room beds are comfortable rather than hard the ones. It is located directly across from Orchard Boulevard Mrt (Brown line). Also, we can go straight to Tanglin Mall at level 2 from the hotel for a quick lunch or dinner. Tanglin Mall also includes a grocery store (CS Fresh). It's quite a walk to Orchard Road. It takes us roughly 10-20 minutes (depending on your speed) to walk to Orchard Road or the ION Mall area. If you don't mind walking, you can explore the restaurants and cafes in the around area. What actually defines this hotel, however, is its service. Every employee we encountered, from housekeeping to concierge, was genuinely friendly, helpful, and attentive. We wouldn't mind returning here again 😊

Shangri-La Singapore is a fantastic place for families, especially those with young children. The hotel offers excellent amenities, including a swimming pool and both indoor and outdoor playgrounds, ensuring endless fun for the little ones. The breakfast selection is impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. A perfect stay for a family-friendly getaway!

Bought a stay voucher via Trip app to experience this newly open hotel in the heart of Orchard. Hotel entrance is facing Paragon shopping mall. Small cosy lobby with lots of sitting area. Modernised check-in counter where you could stand beside the staff during the check-in. Check-in staff was not smiling when welcoming us. Bad first impression. Our club access room was upgraded from classic to superior which I felt thankful but nothing to wow about because from the pictures both classic and superior rooms looked similar. Had to take a lift up to the general floor on the 4th where a lounge, restaurant, swimming pool, gym and the club residence rooms are located. There is also a currency exchange machine at the end of the hallway. Our room was located on the 6th so we had to take a 2nd lift up. Felt abit cramped on the 4th floor where the hallway is narrow. Hallway on our room floor was normal width. Room was great, clean and simple. Fitted nicely with basic stuff. Shower was good, rain shower could be better with smaller and more holes. Archive Club is located on the 4th at the end of the hallway to Club Residences' rooms. Lovely, cosy and staff here were super friendly and helpful. Evening cocktail (5-7pm) has a small variety of canapes and not too shabby array of alcohol available. Had my breakfast here as well, ala-carte buffet. Can customise own preferences for the food you want to have. Breakfast also comes with champagne. Did not have a meal at Eden restaurant. Do take note no bathroom slippers allowed as a dress code. Swimming pool looks to be about 15m long, no one was using the pool when we visited. 5 cabanas that required reservation which you may do so via a QR code on your tv in the hotel's facility catalogue. Bar in the lounge has an extensive range of alcohol available. The lounge looks to be very cosy as well. Check out was smooth and quick. Staff bidded us goodbye with a smile. Overall an enjoyable stay here

It’s located in downtown and very easy to access public transportation, MRT is just beside and 2 mins away from bus stop.

Very professional but still caring service. Staff are prompt to your needs. Room is spacious and got a contemporary touch. Considered a smart room as it automatically turns on and off the electricity whenever we are out. Gym is very spacious and has a lot of machines/weight. Yoga studio is available as well. Pool is rather small. Check-in and out is hassle-free. Breakfast is superb with a lot of choices. Will definitely be back.
