"Beware if you book more than 2 people into one bedroom. I booked a premium king room for 3 people, prepaid in full and arrived late at night off a long flight at the hotel to find just one bed-no sofa bed or rollaway in the room. The night manager advised it was an extra $70 per night for an extra bed for my daughter - that although my reservation for 3 people was correct, it did not include beds for 3 people and that we would all have to sleep in one bed. I disputed this with the night manager, who acknowledged how unreasonable and misleading this was but could not do more than reduce the cost of an extra bed in my room to $150 for a three night stay. Clearly unacceptable and yet I had no option but to pay up. I greatly resent this type of underhand behaviour and hope this acts as both a warning for others and a wake up call for the hotel. Shame on you."
